If I looked into the Mirror of Erised, I think I would see myself flying. I love heights and the sensation of being above everything. Also, I have noticed that part of why I like swimming underwater is because you can move in three dimensions, just like flying. I hope when I am older, I will learn to fly a hang glider or have a chance to go sky diving. Looking into the Mirror of Erised implies that your life can improve. While my life would be better if I could fly, I don't really need it; it would just be icing on the cake.
If I could smell the love potion, I think it would smell like fresh snow, a salty breeze, the cool crisp sent of walking into a fancy chocolates store, and the buttery smell of vanilla in Mama's homemade chocolate chip cookies. Fresh snow does not necessarily smell nice but I like what fresh snow means to me: fantastic skiing! I love sailing and the ocean, so the salty breeze scent reminds me of good times. As for the fancy chocolate store, I cannot think of a reason not to like the smell but chocolate sparks something inside of me. Finally, the smell of vanilla makes my mouth water and I can practically taste the cookies that Mama is making. I get a smile on my face just thinking about eating them!
The bogart is a much harder topic. I can say what I want and what, to me, smells good, but my fears are not as easy to express. I think I fear something bad happening to my family or endless boredom. I love my family and cannot imagine life without each of them. As for boredom, I get bored pretty easily and get over it pretty fast. But boredom for days, weeks, and months sounds like agony. It was kind of fun to ponder these topics and I think you should try it yourself! -JackRabbit
