Swinging around
Above the ground
I grab the stay
In the air I play
With the lines
I had just climbed
Three-quarters up the mast
With lots of joy and sass
I sit in the seat
In the air, 45 feet
My heart gives a boost
I'm not here to roost
I'm here to have fun
I'm having a ton!
Today I was swinging by the topping lift just off the coast of Lanzarote. I would grab a stay or line and push. My heart felt high in my chest like if you took a deep breath and did not blow it out. I felt that the whole time. When Sila rocked a little, I rocked a lot. It was pretty fun. I stayed in the air for over an hour. It felt great. I hope I can do this again after the passage. -Jack Rabbit
