Oceans and Mountains

Leaving Ribadesella in the early morning the light was wonderful, and soon after this photo was taking we were ripping along under sail for 9+ hours to cover 70 nm in a day. 
Even the scruffy, but now beardless captain, looks good in the morning's light. 
Ribadesella was a wonderful town. We spent a few nights tied to the wharf along the Main Street of town. Nice beaches for the boys, a delicious dinner for all, and easy access to a market to restock the boat made for a nice few days.

We were all struck by how nice it was to have mountains again... This being the place where the Picos de Europa come to the sea.
